Children - Due to Insurance Liability: Please refrain from bringing children to your appointment. We gladly offer weekend and evening hours to accommodate parents. Please schedule in advance.

Cancellations - Please be considerate of other clients that may have desired an appt. We require a 24 hours notice for all cancellations and appreciate your consideration. A charge will apply for last minute cancellations, with the exception of emergencies.

Punctuality - A late charge will apply for chronic lateness. No exceptions. In order to receive your service in full and avoid late fee's, please arrive to your appointment at the scheduled time. Please be considerate of others. Thank you.

Gratuity - Gratuity is at the discretion of the guest, but greatly appreciated. Thank you
